Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone conducts Management Review Meeting on the 15th of March 2022.
The Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone has on the 15th of March conducted its management review meeting chaired by the Head of Department for Quality Assurance. The Review Meeting was attended by all Heads of Department and Officers-In-Charge. In his opening remarks the Registrar of the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone emphasized the importance of this review process in line with maintenance of the Board's ISO 9001 accreditation.

Quality Management System and process audits
Customer Satisfaction
Customer complaint handling
